R Kelly Hit With Foreclosure On Chicago Suburban Mansion

All that "Sex Singing" apparently is only amounting to "Loose Change", since Chester the molester can't seem to keep enough money in the bank to keep his home. Trapped In The Closet Grammy-winning singer R. Kelly faces a $2.9 million foreclosure on his suburban Chicago mansion.





A Crain's Chicago Business publication reports that JPMorgan Chase Bank filed the foreclosure lawsuit last month in Cook County Circuit Court. The complaint states that Kelly hasn't made monthly mortgage payments since June of last year.

Crain's reports the Olympia Field home's appraised value fell 26 percent in a year, to $3.8 million in 2010. The original 1999 loan was for $3.5 million.  The principal due is more than $2.9 million.





The "Step In The Name Of Funds" superstar's spokesman Allan Mayer declines to comment on the foreclosure. But he tells The Associated Press that Kelly isn't having financial trouble.  Mayer says the singer now lives in Chicago. Mayer says Kelly's recent tour and 2010 album, "Love Letter," have been successful.

Beyonce's Dad "I Didn't Take Money From My Daughter"

If you haven't heard earlier this year Beyonce partied ways from her Dad/Manager and now new details are surfacing as to why such an abrupt split.  Details are surfacing on what may have led to their split. Legal documents filed by Mathew Knowles claim that Beyoncé was under the impression that her father stole money from her.

According to Mathew, Live Nation Entertainment wanted a piece of Beyoncé’s 2011 world tour. TMZ has obtained papers where Mathew reveals that Live Nation told his daughter that he “had stolen money from Beyoncé on her most recent tour or otherwise taken funds that [he] was not entitled to.”  

Mathew claims Live Nation was effective, because Beyonce had her law firm conduct an audit, and the law firm concluded Mathew had indeed pilfered money from her. Beyonce then fired him.

Mathew claims after he was canned, Beyonce hired a manager who had worked as a former exec at Live Nation and maintained a relationship with the company.




Mathew insists the theft accusations by Live Nation are false, and he wants the judge to give him the right to take depositions of various people at Live Nation, to determine just how they concluded he was a thief.  Beyonce reps have not yet commented on this story.

Halle Berry Stalker Arrested At Her Home

Beware of the CRAZIES! How scary is this,  Los Angeles police arrested a man late Monday who allegedly has been stalking actress Halle Berry.  Authorities tell us the man, who was spotted at the Oscar winner’s Hollywood Hills home twice this past weekend, returned there around 11 pm PT Monday.

Police tell us Berry’s private security team – composed of off-duty cops – saw the man on a security camera as he jumped over a back wall and entered the premises.

The security detail then apprehended the suspect and called the LAPD, who arrested the man.  time, police are not releasing the name of the suspect, but describe him as a “younger guy”.

He was booked on suspicion of felony stalking and remains in custody at this time.
